Everything was great, excellent service, favourable location just next door to Espanola. Very very helpful staff, provided information if needed. I liked the room with microwave and fridge, the bed was large. The breakfast included coffee, toast, and cereals.

This hotel was almost decent, but, oh no, I was treated like every other guest. The room I received was dirty, with stains everywhere-so charming, right? And when I asked for a late check-out, the rude staff acted as if I was asking to be crowned queen. I just couldn't with this place.

The walls in the room require a thorough cleaning!!! Cleaning staff needs to address the torn bedding and broken furniture!!! A complete overhaul of the decor and maintenance throughout the hotel could turn things around!!!

The fridge and microwave in the room were useful for my stay. The sheets felt clean and the towels were replaced fresh. Wi-Fi worked well, allowing me to stay connected without issues. The King Room I had served its purpose as a resting spot during my travels.
The overall maintenance of the hotel could definitely be improved.
